Barbara A. Tambasco age 67 yrs. of Amsterdam passed away April, 16, 2018 at Albany Medical Center with her loving family by her side. She was born December 21, 1950 in Amsterdam, NY and is the daughter of the late Grover C. and Gloria J. (Liebelt) Richardson. She is known to her family as “A Virtuous Woman” she is survived by her husband Thomas J. Tambasco, and 2 sons Thomas E. (Lihua) Tambasco of Johnstown, NY and Joseph A. Tambasco of Amsterdam, NY. 1 daughter Brenda Bell of Amsterdam, NY, 2 brothers Michael (Jackie) Marciniak of Amsterdam, NY and Thomas Richardson of Amsterdam, NY. A stepsister Mary E. Richardson, Grandchildren Chengyi Tambasco, Marissa Bell, David Bell, Elizabeth Lopez, and Katrina Spagnola. 2 great grandchildren Rylee Bell, and Nicholas Salmon, and her fur babies Isabelle, Daisey, Buzzy, and Tucker. Besides her parents she is predeceased by a son Michael Andrew, a brother Grover “Buddy” Richardson, and a sister Linda Close Relatives and Friends are invited to call at the Covenant Presbyterian Church, 9 Trinity Place, Amsterdam, NY on Friday April 20, 2018 from 10 am to 11 am where then a 11 am service will take place with Pastor Timothy Gregson, and a reception will follow at 12 noon, and burial will take place at 1 pm at the Green Hill Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the Betz, Rossi, Bellinger Family Funeral Homes, 171 Guy Park Avenue, Amsterdam, NY 12010. Online Condolences may be made at www.brbsfuneral.com.
