Debbie P. Cyrus, 62 years old, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April, 18, 2024 at Van Duyn Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing. She was born on March 2, 1962 in Brooklyn, NY to Lillie B. Cyrus and Elijah F. Cyrus. Debbie was predeceased by her parents and three brothers, Johnie Cyrus, Timothy Cyrus and Andrew Cyrus. She leaves to mourn her passing, her two sons, Jerome and Bobby Cyrus of Syracuse; three brothers, Mitchell Cyrus (Mary Ann) of Syracuse, Elijah Cyrus of Queens, NY and Anthony Cyrus of Charlotte, NC; one sister, Renee Cyrus of Hutto, TX; and a host of nieces and nephews. You may have left this world behind, but you will never leave our hearts and mind. Visitation will be Wednesday, May 1, 2024 from 1-1:30PM at A. Dewitt Memorial Funeral Home, Syracuse, NY. Graveside Services will follow at 2PM at Loomis Hill Cemetery, Syracuse, NY.
