Dalelynn Butts
May 11th, 1980 - September 27th, 2024
It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Dalelynn Butts of Phoenix, Arizona on September 27, 2024, at the age of 44 years.
She was predeceased by her dad, Dale Butts, of Cuba, N. Y.; her brother, Anthony Truax, her grandmothers, Nancy Peckham, and Edith Herrick (Truax); her uncles, David O’Hara and Steven Butts, her aunts, Paula Guerieri, Gail Peckham, and Jamie Peckham.
She will be lovingly remembered by her boyfriend, Dwaine; her mom, Janet Truax; her dad, Anthony Truax; her daughter, Destiny (Cameron) Holguin Munding; her sisters, Christina (Alfred) Bishop, and Angela Truax; her brother, Adam (Tyanne) Truax; her great-uncle, Fred Ramsey; her uncles, Wayne Butts, David Peckham, Bruce Clark, and Lanny Clayson; her aunts, Linda Peckham (Dan Deckman), Emerald Webb, Deborah (John) Flickinger; her nephews, Kody Morgan, Kory Butts, Matthew Butts, Cayden, Masyn, and Brayden; her nieces, Valerie Bishop and Holly Gallindo; her great-nephews, Kroy Butts, Kyro Butts, and Michael Gallindo, her cousins, Rachel Irvin (Matt Carter), Jeffrey (Nysa) O’Hara, Bethany O’Hara, Marisa Moline, Jason Peckham, Alicia James, Hiram (Amy) Clayson, Heidi Clayson, Kaylynn Ingalls, Amanda Marie, and Johnny Blaze; and many more relatives and friends.
Dalelynn was born on May 11, 1980 in Olean, N.Y. She moved to Arizona in 1989. She was a homemaker and loved her daughter Destiny and her family. She was always the peacemaker and thought about others before herself. She loved talking on the phone with family and friends. She loved wind chimes.
In lieu of flowers please send donations to the American Cancer Society.
A graveside service will be on Friday October 11, 2024 at 9:00 a.m.
