Jack entered eternal rest at home surrounded by family on November 23, 2024.
He was born in Detroit, Michigan on January 20, 1934 to Norval and Pearl Logie.
He is preceded in death by his father Norval, his mother Pearl, his beloved wife of 65 years Norma, and his son David. He is survived by his son Ken, his daughter in law Diann, his grand niece Krystal and her children Zakai, Taviana and Marvel, who brought Jack immense joy in the last years of his life. He is also survived by special friends Tim and Cindy Neff and their children, Hailey, Logan and Aubrey.
Jack served in the Air Force for 25 years as a radar operator. His unit flew numerous missions over Korea and Vietnam before he transferred to NORAD. After retiring as a Chief Master Sergeant in the USAF, he earned his Master’s Degree in drug and alcohol counseling with a specialty in domestic violence. He continued to positively change people’s lives in that field until he was 86 years old.
