Jill LeAnn Raines

Jill LeAnn Raines, 55, of Cloquet, passed away on Thursday, November 28th, 2024 at Cloquet Community Memorial Hospital. Jill was born on  July, 6th, 1969 to Wayne and Lucille (Halvorson) Burt in Cloquet, MN. She was raised in Bentonville, Arkansas and attended school there until graduation in 1987. She was united in marriage to Glendon O’Neil Raines at Hope Church in Bentonville in 1991.

Jill lived and worked in many sales positions over the years. She helped facilitate the sales and broadcasting for KURM radio in Rogers, AR as well as for KBKG and KCCB in Corning, AR. She also helped for a short term assisting others in the job core and helped travel agencies. 

Jill  was a devout Christian and sang in her church choir. She also liked to read, crochet, spend time with her friends, as well as go camping and sing. She loved spending time with her family, especially Janyssa.

She is preceded in death by her parents, brother, Lyle Halvorson; and sister, Sheryl Turrso.

She is survived by her daughter, Janyssa Raines; and siblings, Dennis (Doris) Burt, David Burt, Linda (Rick) Lahti, Judy (Guy) Collier, and Cheryl (Ole) Olesen.

Their will be no services planned at this time.
