Robert (Bert) J Crerar III, 53, of Melbourne, Fl passed away Wednesday 12/25/2024.  

He was born on Thursday 08/05/1971. Bert was raised in Sebastian, Fl by Robert Crerar Jr and Elah Joy Crerar. He was a beloved son, brother, uncle, cousin, in-law, grandson and great uncle. He was also a good friend to many people. Nicknamed Bert early in life he left an impression on everyone he met. He was loving, kind, witty, charming and funny. He was fondly loved and will be remembered by numerous people.  

He was preceded in death by grandparents Robert John Crerar and Vesta Crerar, mom Elah Joy Crerar, father Robert Crerar Jr, siblings John (Wesley) Shivers and Ovid (Buddy) Shivers, and two nephews. He is survived by siblings Janet Bobo and Betty Doty, one sister-in-law, one brother-in-law, multiple aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.  

He was a man of many interests and loves. Which included football, cats, animals, movies, and music. During his earthly life, he studied at Brevard Community College, he also worked in multiple fields and was fortunate enough to live in several different states. He returned home to Sebastian, Fl. and subsequently moved to Melbourne, Fl. 

There will be a memorial paver stone placed in his remembrance at Riverview Park in Sebastian, Fl. He will be missed abundantly by family and friends.
