Debra Jane Garcia, born on July 12, 1954, in San Bernardino, CA of mother Bebe Anne Riggins and father Leslie Arthur Riggins, passed away on November 18, 2024, in Tucson, Arizona.

Served in the US Military from 1972 to 1978.

Served in Tucson with the Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA) as a volunteer for over 5000 hours.

She is lovingly remembered by her daughter, Rebecca Shafer; granddaughters, Brooke and Ember; her mother, Bebe; and her brothers, Bruce, John, and David.

A private family service will be held to honor her memory and military service.

May her memory bring comfort to all who knew and loved her.
