Amelia A Caswell of North Port, Florida was born on May 29, 1946 in New Haven CT and passed away on January 6, 2025 at the age of 78. She moved to Florida from Wallingford CT in 2008. Amelia was a graduate of Hill House High School. She enjoyed spending time with friends and family. Her work family made her love her job! She always had a caring personality. If you needed something she was there with it.
Amelia is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, William C of North Port: Son Scott and wife Rhonda (Caswell) of Meriden CT, and daughter Lori and husband Brett (Borghi-Lemieux) of Middletown CT. 7 grandchildren; Phil St Onge, Keirsten Caswell-Limoges (Roger), Scott Caswell (Lindsey), Zander Caswell, Eli Caswell, Christian Humphrey(predeceased) and Paul Borghi-Lemieux. 2 Brothers; Joseph Ruggiero and wife Judy of Wallingford CT, Robert Ruggiero and wife Lois of Clinton CT. Sister-in-Law Earlene Pizzuti of Fort Meyers FL. Many cousins, nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews.
The wake will be Friday January 10th at Farley Funeral Home,5900 S Biscayne Drive, North Port, FL from 4pm-7pm.
