In Loving Memory of Manuel J. PerezFebruary 24, 1946 – January 10, 2025

It is with heavy hearts and deep faith that we announce the passing of Manuel J. Perez, who was called home to our Lord on January 10, 2025, at the age of 78. Manuel was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend whose life was marked by faith, service, and love.

Manuel was born on February 24, 1946, in Denver, Colorado, to Joe and Bessie Perez, the oldest brother in a family of twelve siblings.

A proud veteran of the United States Air Force, Manuel served his country with honor and diligence. His military experience in the USAF led to a successful career as a Communication Technician at Mountain Bell, where he dedicated himself to excellence in his work. Manuel retired after decades of committed service, leaving behind a legacy of hard work and integrity.

Manuel's life was rooted in his devotion to God and his Catholic faith, which guided him in all that he did. His time was often spent in prayer and reflection, a testament to his unwavering belief in the Lord's grace.

Manuel is survived by his loving wife, Shari; his son, Matt; his daughter, Brittany; and his cherished grandson, Alec. Manuel had a special bond with Alec, often bringing out his inner child to the delight and laughter of his grandson.

He is also survived by his siblings Ricky, Thomas, Craig, Marie, Lorraine, Sherry, and Julie, along with their spouses, numerous nieces and nephews, and many extended family members. Manuel was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Bessie; and his siblings, infant Josephine Perez, Rachael Ornelas, Vicki Gomez, Joseph Jr. Perez, and David Perez.

Manuel will be remembered as a man of steadfast determination, unwavering faith, and a joyful spirit. Whether crafting intricate woodworking projects or tinkering with automobiles, he approached every endeavor with a drive for perfection and a love of artistry. His imagination and skill left a lasting impression on all who knew him.

The visitation and Mass will be held at Our Lady of the Snow on January 30, 2025, at 4101 N Lamar St, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033.
