In 1949, she married her beloved husband, Raymond R. Robitaille and dedicated her time to raising her family and caring for their home. The family relocated to South Hadley in 1957 where they built their family home. A devout Catholic, Edna was guided in life by her faith. She was a parishioner of St. Theresa of Lisieux Parish in South Hadley and played an integral role in many groups within the congregation. She was also the former President and active 45 year member of the Western Massachusetts French Women's Association promoting French language and culture.
Besides her parents, Edna was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Robitaille, in 2005; her baby daughter, Louise, in 1950; and her daughter, Dianne Robitaille, in 2021. Edna had many friends throughtout her life. She loved everyone and always looked for the best in people, circumstances, and life in general. A special thanks to Anna at Daybrook Village Holyoke who gave her such good care over her final weeks and to her pastor, Rev Micheal at St Theresa Parish for his spiritual support.
