Joseph John Pietrzak
February 14th, 1941 - February 1st, 2025
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Joseph John Pietrzak, who left us peacefully on February 1, 2025.
He was surrounded by family in the comfort ofhis home, leaving this world with dignity and grace, thanks to the unwavering care and support provided by his daughter, Beth Pietrzak Turner, who ensured his every need was met not only in his final days but throughout many cherished years.
Born on February 14, 1941, Joseph lived a life full of passion, dedication, and deep-rooted values. He had a zest for the outdoors, finding joy in training hunting dogs, riding horses, and working tirelessly on his acreage in North Carolina. A true food enthusiast, he appreciated a good meal almost as much as he appreciated the company of those he shared it with.
But above all else, he was a man devoted to his family. He never missed a sporting event, birthday, or special occasion, always showing up with pride and unwavering support. Known for sharing his wisdom—whether welcomed or not—he pushed his loved ones to be the best versions of themselves, believing deeply in their potential.
As a dedicated husband, he stood faithfully by his wife, Barbara Ellen Pietrzak, providing her with endless love, care, and support through her battle with cancer and beyond. His love didn’t stop there—he adored his grandchildren, always eager to hear about their lives and celebrate their accomplishments.
Grounded in his Catholic faith, Joseph lived his beliefs through action. He helped anyone in need, offering kindness and generosity, even when it wasn’t easy. His faith in humanity never wavered, and he carried a spirit of forgiveness and resilience that touched everyone who knew him.
Surviving are his three children Joe, Beth Anne, and DanielA funeral mass will be held on Monday February 24th at Saint John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Loveland CO at 10:00am. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Birthline of Loveland CO or to Saint John The Evangelist Catholic Church, in honor of Joseph’s compassionate spirit.
His legacy of love, strength, and faith will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
