Eduard (Ed) Weber, a devoted father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of hard work, dedication, and family.

Born in Ukraine, Ed immigrated to the United States as a teenager with his family in search of a better life. He built a strong foundation through perseverance and determination, working as a skilled sheet metal worker. His craftsmanship contributed to many local projects, including the construction of a Taco Bell restaurant. When the opportunity arose to take over the business, Ed embraced the challenge, setting the stage for what would become a thriving, family-run franchise.

Ed’s commitment to his work was matched only by his love for his family. His children—Edward, Daniel, Theresa, and Joseph—grew up working alongside him, learning the values of dedication and perseverance, from picking rocks out of beans and herding their ever-escaping cows to assisting in the construction of homes and stores. His vision of passing down a strong family business continues today, with a third generation now carrying forward his legacy.

He is lovingly survived by his sister, Ellie; his sons, Daniel Weber and Joseph Weber (Rica Weber); his daughter-in-law, Sun Ok An Weber; his grandchildren, Brianna Carney, Lindsay Johnston, Christopher Johnston, Jerran Johnston, Juliann Stephenson, Vanessa Ross, Regina Weber, Adam Weber, Jacob Weber, Kenneth Weber, Michael Weber, and Jace Weber; and numerous great-grandchildren, including Tayler, Dylan, Ella, Jaivian, Cohen, Avalyn, Asher, Elijah, Addilyn, Juliette, Jocelyn, and more on the way. Ed is also survived by his entire Taco Bell family, whom he truly loved and appreciated.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Marie Weber; his son, Edward Weber; his daughter, Theresa Weber; his parents, Leonard and Ann Weber; his brothers, Tony and Arnold Weber; and his sisters, Erma and Anna.

Ed’s life was a testament to resilience, hard work, and the power of family. He will be deeply missed but forever remembered by all who knew and loved him.
