Scott Andrew Vid, 63, of West Hempstead, New York, passed away on March 4th, 2023. He is survived by his son Harry Hayes Vid, and Harry’s mother, Scott’s longtime life partner, Suzanne Hayes. Scott was a beloved member of the music community, and he will be missed dearly. He took great pride in his work as an audio engineer, taper, and artist. Scott was a great mind; highly intelligent, extremely creative, a poet, a deep thinker, and a songwriter. He loved almost all genres of music, Star Trek, and astronomy. When we look at the stars at night, we hope he is at peace, and watching over us. Always in our hearts and thoughts >3 He is greatly missed.
