Foy Ann Ballou Pinson
September 8th, 1931 - January 8th, 2024
Foy Ann Ballou Pinson, formerly of Pinsonfork, Kentucky, passed away on January 8, 2024, in Fountain Hills, Arizona, after a long and courageous battle with Lewy body dementia. She is preceded in death by her parents Marjorie and Everett Ballou, her brothers Jack Ballou and Carlos Ballou, her husband George Clayton Pinson, her daughter Marji (Bunny) Pinson Blackburn, her son George Craig Pinson, and her son-in-law Larry Blackburn. She is survived by her daughter Andrea (Pinson) Rogers, her son James Pinson, her sister-in-law Jeanette Ballou, and her daughter-in-law Mary (Fisher) Pinson. In Arizona she was surrounded and deeply loved by her grandchildren Joy Ann Elise (Rogers) Acker and Jacob Steven Clay Rogers, her grandson in-law Ben Acker, and two great-granddaughters Isla Joy Acker and Charlotte Elise Acker. Her other grandchildren in Kentucky and North Carolina are Chris Blackburn, Angel (Pinson) Chafins, Craig Pinson, Hayley (Pinson) Hall, and Jordan Pinson. She also had many members of extended family, including great-grandchildren, who loved and will miss her. There will be a private family service in Arizona, date and location to be determined. She was very much loved by everyone who knew her and will be deeply, deeply missed. Rest in perfect peace, my beautiful Mom.
