Betty "Minnie" Hatton
March 11th, 1941 - March 6th, 2025
Betty Hatton, 83, wife of 62 years to Tommy Hatton passed away on March 6, 2025. She was born in Woodford County, Kentucky to the late Henry Howard Sims and Bessie Quisenberry Sims. She was also preceded in death by her siblings Charles Robert Sims, Paul (Opal) Sims, Henry “Jug” (Joyce) Sims, Bobby (Joyce) Sims, Doris Flora, Tommy (Linda) Sims and Leon (Loretta) Sims. She is survived by her husband Tommy Hatton and sisters Maggie (Lucien) King and JoAnn (Bobby) Beasley and sister in-laws Joyce Sims, Linda Sims, and Loretta Sims.
In addition to these, she is survived by her children Pamela (Jeff) Crowe, Anthony (Debbie) Hatton and was a genuine mother to Tonia Cummins and Sonia Sims all of Lawrenceburg. Her grandchildren Shawn (Tricia) Crowe, Justin Crowe, Caleb Hatton (fiancé Maddie Wallace), Leah (Brandon) Moore, Mallory Sims (fiancé Alan Peach), Tara (Gunnar)Lee. Her great grandchildren Austin Crowe, Connor Wells, Ryan Wells and Emerlyn Moore.
Funeral Service will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at New Hope Baptist Church, Versailles with burial to follow at Rose Crest Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00pm until 8:00pm on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at New Hope Baptist Church in Versailles.
