Carol Joyce Wainwright, born August 24, 1953, in Polson, Montana, to Ray M. and Nell Walter Wainwright, passed away peacefully, leaving a legacy of love and adventure. Carol is survived by a sister Diane Butler and a brother Eric Wainwright. She graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in 1971 and earned a Business Administration degree from Regis University. She married Lynn Martin (1974-1987), with whom she had sons Jeremy (1978-2001) and Jonathan (m. Tabitha). Carol married Ronald Johnson (2002-2023), whose 21 years of grand adventures she cherished, and embracing his children Scott (m. Barisa, parents of Mason) and Lauren (m. Ryan, parents of Maddox and Halen). She loved nature, music, and travel, reflected in her 2024 Life Letter, "I loved and was loved... I was one of the lucky ones."
