Wilfred "Bill" Hodder
June 30th, 1939 - March 30th, 2025
I loved you your whole life. I'll miss you the rest of mine
Wilfred Wyndham Hodder, 85 years old of Grayling, MI passed away March 30, 2025 from Pulmonary Fibrosis. He is preceded in death by his parents Wyndham and Rita of Linwood, Michigan, and 2 sisters Mary and Veronica.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Susan (Sloggett) Hodder, three sons, William (wife Connie), Greg, Daryl and 3 grandchildren. Bill has 5 younger surviving brothers, Allen, Joe, Gene, Lloyd and Marty.
Bill was born on June 30, 1939 in Bay City, Mi and lived his childhood years in Linwood, Michigan, attending St. Anne’s grade school and Pinconning High School. He served 3 years in the United States Navy.
Bill enjoyed travelling, fishing and woodworking. He worked for IBM in Michigan, Colorado and Minnesota. After retirement Bill and Sue would travel back and forth to Arizona where they have a second home.
Bill has chosen cremation and the family will have a memorial gathering this summer in Michigan.
