Paula Sue Wells, 68, wife of James D. Wells passed away on Saturday April 5, 2025, in Lexington, KY. She was born on June 22, 1956, to the late Chester Boyd Lewis and Pauline Brown.
Other than her husband James she is survived by one daughter, Dallas Louann Wells, Lexington, KY; two sons, Jason Talbot (Toi Lin) Wells, Hanover, IN and Justin Allen Wells, Lexington, KY; four grandchildren, Joshua, Alexis, Keaton and Avery; three brothers, Boyd Chester Lewis, Allen Lewis and Anthony Lewis. She is preceded in death by three siblings, Scott Lewis, Chris Lewis and Shelia Kamark.
Per Paula's wishes cremation is taken place followed by a private ceremony.
