Edward "Eddie" Anthony Romero, Jr.

Edward Anthony Romero Jr., age 47, passed away on April 12, 2025, in Park County, Colorado. Born on August 21, 1977, in Denver, Colorado, Eddie lived a life marked by dedication to his family, pride in his work, and a heart full of generosity.

Eddie was a devoted husband to his wife Sarah and a loving father to his sons Kyle, Eddie, and Evin. He cherished every moment spent with them and took great pride in being present and supportive in their lives. His deep love for his family was evident in everything he did.

He was the beloved son of Ed and Susan. He held a special place in his heart for his siblings: Lea, Stephanie (Adam), Jackie (Joe), and Michael (Gina). He also shared close bonds with his father-in-law David, and his brother-in-laws Sean, Mark (Ruby), and Ben (Richelle).

Professionally, Eddie worked as a commercial truck driver—a career he took immense pride in. His strong work ethic and commitment to doing things right were hallmarks of his character. Whether on the road or at home, Eddie approached every task with determination and integrity.

Outside of work, Eddie found joy in the simple pleasures of life. He loved fishing and hunting, tending to his lawn with care, browsing Bass Pro Shops, and striking up conversations wherever he went. Known for being charismatic and social, he had a natural ability to connect with others—whether selling items on Marketplace or simply sharing stories with friends. He showed his love for others through his cooking; he was an amazing cook.

Eddie had a huge heart and was known for always putting others first. His kindness touched many lives; he was caring in every way imaginable. Those who knew him will remember him as an amazing person—loving, hardworking, and full of life.
