Daniel M. Krause, 62, of Fultonville, NY, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, May 29, 2025.

 

He was born on February 26, 1963, in Schenectady to the late David and Joan (Allen) Krause. He attended schooling in Schenectady and afterwards began working for Price Chopper, where he was employed for 40 years until his retirement in 2022.

 

One of Daniel’s most enjoyed past times was listening to music.

 

He was predeceased by his parents Joan and David Krause, son Joshua Krause, and brother Steven Krause.

 

Daniel is survived by his wife Mary Jo (Tetlak) Krause; daughter Amanda Krause; son Nathan Krause; sisters Jennifer Krause and Julie Becker; brothers Christopher and Dave Krause; along with many nieces and nephews.

 

Daniel’s arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Betz, Rossi, Bellinger & Stewart Family Funeral Home, 171 Guy Park Ave, Amsterdam, NY 12010. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
