In Loving Memory of
Marion H. Grant
October 22, 1937- June 3, 2025
Born Clarice Marion Hursey, October 22, 1937, in Dallas, Texas to Dexter and Clarice Hursey. She was the second of two children. Marion received a nursing degree and began a career as an R.N. in Texas. In 1959 she married Roger S. Clark (deceased) and they had four sons, Russell (Jenise), Randall (deceased), Sean (Siew Chin), and Seth (deceased) (Mary Margaret).
In 1987, she married Gerald P. Grant (deceased) and lived in Littleton, Colorado. Marion is survived by five grandchildren, Jordan Shaffer, Sarah Wiest, Cecelia Clark, Photini Clark and Carter Clark.
Marion enjoyed being with her grandchildren, cooking, skiing, tennis and bridge.
On June 3rd, Marion shed a tear, breathed her last breath, and went to be with her Lord and Savior.
With gratitude to the caregivers at Brookside Inn for their loving care.
Special thanks to Mary Brown, a dedicated friend, who visited Marion weekly for many years.
