Alice "Anne" Sodman

Alice "Anne” Sodman, 77, of Greeley, CO passed away surrounded by her family on October 22, 2015 at Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland, CO. She was born April 9, 1938 in Greeley, NE to William and Claire (McGuire) Moran. Anne grew up in Greeley, NE and graduated from Greeley High School. On June 7, 1958 in Omaha, NE, she married Wayne Sodman. After raising her children Anne worked for Hewlitt-Packard. She loved to sew, bake and cook for her family, she enjoyed travelling with Wayne, doing crafts, and spending time with family and friends. Anne was a former Brownie leader and operated Grumble Bunny Gift Baskets. Anne is survived by her husband, Wayne of Greeley; children, Darielle "Ellie” Sodman of Greeley, Tim Sodman of Greeley, Katherine "Kathie” (Dave) Weiderspon of Sidney, NE, and Kelly (Eva) Sodman of Greeley; and grandsons, Wayne Sodman, Matthew Weiderspon, Zachary Weiderspon, and Austin Weiderspon. She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers; and three sisters. Recitation of the Rosary will be Tuesday, October 27th at 7 p.m. at Adamson Chapel, 2000 47th Avenue, Greeley, CO 80634. A memorial mass will be Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at 10 a.m. at St. Peter Catholic Church, 915 12th Street, Greeley, CO 80631.
