Darryl Lewis Brown

Obituary Darryl Lewis Brown passed from this world late Sunday evening. He will be sorely missed by all of the people he touched during his life. Darryl was born in Colorado Springs, Colorado and grew up on the old "Westside" where he attended Midland Elementary School, West Junior, and Coronado High School. He enjoyed playing baseball, exploring Bear Creek Canyon, Red Rocks, and finding a bit of "trouble" with his friends and siblings at Bott Park and Boot Hill. He graduated from Coronado, and spent many years in Fort Collins, where he attended CSU, and later, becoming a master plumber. Daryl was hard working and enjoyed fishing, traveling, and spending time on Coronado Island near San Diego. He loved country music and attended concerts of his favorite artists every chance he got. He was taking guitar lessons from an old Westside friend before becoming ill. Darryl was preceded in death by his brother Rick, who passed away four years ago this month. Darryl is survived by his mother and father Bob and Linda Brown; his daughter Keera; sister Teresa Grant and brother in law Juel Grant; Cousin Charles Graner and his wife Nancy; sister in law Desiree Brown; and his nephew Brandon Brown.
