Robert Hicok

Obituary Robert "Bob" Edward Hicok, 82, of Colorado Springs met his Lord and Savior on Tuesday, May 23rd. Born September 18, 1934, Bob served 32 years in the U.S. Air Force and did 11 tours, some of which were in the Vietnam Conflict, and held the rank of Lt. Col. with the Pikes Peak Senior Squadron Civil Air Patrol of Colorado. After the service, Bob opened Westsiders Garage, living out his passion of working on and restoring vehicles. He also loved flying, riding his motorcycles, outdoor activities like hunting and panning for gold. Bob is survived by his loving wife, Deloris Hicok of Colorado Springs, his brother Tom Hicok of San Diego, CA, his sister Carol Hicok of Waxhaw, NC, Aunt Ruth of Princeville IL, and numerous nieces and nephews. Bob was preceded in death by his parents Charles and Inez Hicok, his brothers Charles, John and James and his sister Phylis. There will be a gathering after the service at the American Legion, Post 5, 15 E Platte, Colorado Springs, CO from 2:30pm to 5:30pm May 31st. The family request in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the American Legion in Bobs name. Services Funeral Service
