Obituary Harper Monroe Neill was born sleeping on December 12, 2013 at 5:55pm. He was 1.3 ounces and 6 inches long. Though he never spent any time on earth, he has touched so many lives. Harper is loved by his sisters Kadence and Layla, his brothers Christian and Andrew, his parents JayMichael and Lisa, his grandparents and many aunts and uncles, along with friends of the family. Memorial services to be held December 21, 2013 at 1:30pm at Cappadona Funeral Home. We welcome you to sign Harper's condolence book and help us celebrate this beautiful tiny life.
