Pedro Arebalo Villarreal
August 7th, 1933 - May 12th, 2011
Pedro Arebalo Villarreal passed away Thursday, May 12, 2011 at the age of 77. Pedro was born in Falfurrias, Texas on August 7, 1933 to Teodora Arebalo and Pedro Villarreal Sr. He grew up and spent most of his young adult life in McCallen, Texas. He married Catarina Valle in 1951, and had three children with her. In 1954 he migrated to Idaho. He married Lucia Herrera Ramos (Villarreal) in 1966 and had five children with her and two step children. Pedro worked for Fleetwood Homes for over 15 years and Symms Fruit Ranch. Our father loved carpentry; he would build desks, armoires, and tables. He loved to work outside on yard work and gardening; he loved fishing and loved Tejano music. He had many great friends in the community and a memorable close friend, Diego Aguago. Pedro is preceded in death by his sons; Roy Villarreal, and Alfaredo Villarreal, 3 brothers and 1 sister. He is survived by his children; Teodora(Jesus) Raigoza, Juan (Dalia) Herrera, Gloria (Jose)Lopez, Pedro (Maria)Villarreal III, Rosalinda (David)Ramirez, Carolina (Giovanni) Giron, and Diana Cruz, 14 brothers and sisters, 30 grandchildren, and 12 great- grandchildren. A Viewing will be held on Thursday, May 19, 2011 at Flahiff Funeral Chapel from 4-8 PM with Rosary at 7PM. A Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, May 20, 2011 at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church. Service Information
