Randy Gene Mitchell, age 62, of Payette, ID died peacefully May 31, 2023 in Payette, ID. No services will be held at this time. Condolences may be made to Randy’s family at Shafferjensen.com. Arrangements are under the direction of Shaffer-Jensen Memory Chapel, Payette, Idaho. Upon returning from his dream vacation in Maui with his soul mate (Kimberly Rostad) on May 30, 2023. Randy passed away unexpectedly on May 31, 2023. He is survived by his son, Michael Mitchell; daughter, and son-in-law Mckylie and Shawn Lewis; loving aunt, Sharon Dormandy and cousin, Julie Parker. Randy was a good man and loving father. I dedicate this song to my soul mate Randy. Looking back on the memory of the dance we shared ‘neath the stars above; For the moment all the world was right. How could I have known that you’d ever say goodbye? And now I’m glad I didn’t know the way it all would end, the way it all would go. Our lives are better left to chace; I could have missed the pain, but I’da had to miss the dance.
