James Colley James Gregory Colley, age 66, of Springfield, OR, passed away June 7, 2014, of a heart attack. Jim was born January 18, 1948 in Clintwood, VA to Cecil and Dollie Colley. In 1975, he married Joyce Sizemore, in Reno Nevada. His travels as an apprentice to become a Journeyman Lineman, took him all over the northwest. After 30 years, he retired from Lane Electric Co-op, after serving as the Oakridge Serviceman for 22 years. Jim moved to LaPine, OR, after his retirement for four years. He moved to Springfield, OR, one year ago to be closer to his children. Jim is survived by his wife Joy and children, Stephonee Freeman of Springfield, OR, Alan Colley of Oakridge, OR, Susan Mattie of Pleasant Hill, OR, Jennifer Wilson, Oakridge, OR, and Christopher Colley of Virginia Beach, VA and brothers Tommy Colley of LaPine, OR, David Colley of Springfield, OR, Cecil Colley Jr, of Winnemucca, NV, sisters Martha Robinson of Springfield, OR, and Mona Meekins of Springfield, OR, 14 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and his beloved Chihuahua, Baby. A memorial is being held at Springfield Memorial Gardens, June 19, 2014 at 1:00 p.m., in Springfield, OR.
