October 19th, 1937 - August 23rd, 2012
Franklin Richard Tobias, 74, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on August 23, 2012. He is preceded in death by his first wife Nedra Ann Tobias. He is survived by his second wife Zhenping Li; daughters Denise (Andrew) Navarette and Margo (Kristine Kash) Tobias; son Long Pang and grandsons Brett and Cody. Franklin retired from Bombardier and throughout his life exemplified dedication to hard work. He will be greatly missed. A memorial service will be held in his honor Wednesday August 29th, 2012 at 12:00 PM at Our Lady of Fatima Church 1950 W. Irvington Pl.
