Joan Marie Bateman was called home by the Lord on January 13th, 2023. Joan was born in Marquette, MI. Moving to Mesa with her parents and brother at an early age, she lived in Arizona for over 60 years. She graduated from St. Mary's High School as Salutatorian and attended the University of Arizona before marrying her husband of 44 years. She is survived by her children, brother, grandchildren, and niece. Services will be held on Saturday, January 28, 2023, at 10:00 am at All Saint's Catholic Church in Mesa with interment immediately following at the City of Mesa Cemetery.
