We are saddened by the passing of our Sister, Sherry Ann Green, age 74, of Tuscon, AZ. After a tragic car accident, she passed on March 9, 2024. We are happy to announce Sherry is now celebrating and dancing with the Lord. Sherry was born in Appleton, WI, on June 22, 1949, the daughter of Melvin and Loretta Green. She grew up on a farm in Kaukauna, Wisconsin, with nine brothers and sisters. She graduated from Wrightstown High School, earned a degree in accounting from Fox Valley Technical College, and then went to the University of Eau Claire, earning her bachelor of arts degree. Not only was she an educator to young children, but she was also an educator in all aspects of her life. She was a vibrant person with an infectious smile who loved people and learning more about them. She always searched for new experiences and looked forward to meeting new people. She formed many relationships throughout her life. She cherished her family and many friends whom she called family. She will always be remembered as a kind and loving person. She leaves a legacy of courage, character, and faith. Sherry was preceded in death by her parents, Melvin and Loretta Green, and her sister, Linda Roehrborn. She is survived by siblings Joni Vande Hey, Kenneth (Kathy) Green, Glenn (Kathy) Green, Peggy (Tom) Green-Galloway, Wendy (Jay) Kassera, Wayne (Carolyn) Green, Kevin Green, Dori (Bob) Villwock. A Celebration of Sherry’s life will be on Thursday, March 21, 2024, 10:00 a.m. at Flowing Wells 2561 W Ruthrauff Rd, Building 2000. A Wisconsin celebration of Sherry’s life will be held at a future date, to be announced.
