Concetta "Connie" Bonacci
August 30th, 1925 - December 10th, 2013
BONACCI, Concetta "Connie" Imaculate, died on Tuesday, December 10, 2013. She joins her husband of 57 years John at Heaven's pearly gates. Connie was born August 30, 1925, in Syracuse, NY to Rosario and Angelina Grosso. She relocated to Tucson in 1976. She is survived by her children, Kathryn (Peter) Kalunian of Kennewick, WA, Mary Bonacci of Tucson, AZ, John (Joni) Bonacci of Orange County, CA, and Grace Ann Bonacci of Tucson, AZ; five grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, all of whom she loved very much. Connie was a founding member of St. Thomas the Apostle Roman Catholic Church. She was an active member of the Marion Club. She enjoyed her family activities, volunteering at church, old movies, and big band music. Viewing will be from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday, December 16, 2013 at ANGEL VALLEY FUNERAL HOME. The rosary will be recited at 6:00 p.m. A funeral mass will be celebrated at Saint Thomas Roman Catholic Church on Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations are made in her memory to the TMC Hospice Endowment, 5301 East Grant Road, Tucson, AZ 85712. Arrangements entrusted to ANGEL VALLEY FUNERAL HOME.
