Rajwinder Singh Bains
July 1st, 1971 - August 30th, 2015
Rajwinder Singh Bains, 44, of Yuba City, CA, passed away on August 30, 2015. He was born on July 1, 1971 in Jalandhar, Punjab and had been a resident of Yuba City since 1973. He attended Tierra Buena Elementary and was a graduate of Yuba City High School. He continued his education at California State University, Chico, where he graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. Rajwinder worked as a counselor with a specialization in child psychology. He also was an enthusiastic almond farmer and found his greatest happiness being at the farm. He was a member of the Sikh Temple Gurdwara, Yuba City on Tierra Buena Road. Rajwinder was beloved by all. His funny sense of humor, happy personality, and constant positivity were his greatest attributes. Though his time on earth was brief, he left a great impact on everyone he met. He will be remembered for his devotion to his family and his kind, giving nature. Rajwinder is survived by his loving parents, Surinder S. Bains and Gurmej K. Bains. His cherished children, Jagger Singh Bains and Jaeden Kaur Bains. Uncle (Mamaji) Harbhajan S. Johl and Aunt (Mamiji) Satnam K. Johl. Aunt (Masiji) Baldev K. Atwal and Uncle (Masardji) Rabinder S. Atwal, Aunt (Bhuaji) Satwant K. Hundal and Uncle (Phuphardji) Amolak S. Hundal. Aunt (Bhuaji) Amarjit K. Hundal and Uncle (Phuphardji) Davinder S. Hundal and countless cousins, nieces and nephews. Rajwinder was preceded in death by his grandmother Gurbachan K. Bains. Services will be held Saturday, September 5, 2015 at 11:00 am at Ullrey Memorial Chapel, 817 Almond Street, Yuba City, CA. Following with prayer services at Tierra Buena Sikh Temple in Yuba City.
