Eduardo Saravia Goni, age 74, of Jackson, CA, passed away Thursday, January 29, 2015, in Jackson, CA. Eduardo was born in Buenos Aries, Argentina on August 6, 1940, a son of the late Isolina Goni Bonelli (Saravia) and Hipolito Saravia. Ed arrived in California in 1958 from Argentina. He was a self-taught man with a strong will which allowed him to achieve success through owning and operating multiple restaurants throughout the years. Ed is survived by his daughter, Nancy Gayle Hammond; sons, Eduardo Nicholas Saravia; Robert Brian Saravia; Michael Lee Saravia; good friend, Margie Saravia; grandchildren; Bryan, Shelby, Isabella, Marina, Amy, Alexander, Dylan, Madison, Brendon, Sienna, Devyn, Tristan; great granddaughter, Arleigh; and companion, Selvin Trochez Rivera. He was preceded by his sister, Aida Neomi Saravia; A family gathering will take place at a later date.
