On Saturday March 18, 2023, Graciela Cepeda, (Grace) loving wife and mother of five chicldren, passed away at age 73. Grace was born on August 14, 1949 in Artesia, NM to Saturnino and Refugia Madrid. She was survived by her husband Albert Randolph, children, Elva, Esther, Harvey and Jesse, seventeen grandchildren, and twenty-three great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held for Grace on Saturday, April 1, 2023 at 10:00am at the Riverside Funeral Home of Albuquerque on San Mateo Blvd.
