Mr. Benton Davis “Buddy” West, Sr. age 76 a lifetime Auburndale resident passed away Saturday, December 7, 2019 at his home. Mr. West was born December 13, 1942 in Miller County, Georgia to Lenton and Lorine (Dean) West. He was a carpenter in the construction industry and graduated from Auburndale High School. Buddy enjoyed hunting & fishing. He was preceded in death by his parents; 2 brothers and 1 sister. Buddy is survived by his son – David West; 2 daughters – Starla (Kerry) Hammock and Serena (Troy) Bailey; 3 brothers – Dennis, Smiley & Wayne; 5 sisters – Zelda, Johnny Sue, Osa, Ruth & Dot; 4 grandchildren – Sommer, Brittany, Tyler & Sydney and 2 great grandchildren – Savanna & Lane. Services are going to be private.
