Joseph Wilson

Joseph Wilson (Jody) 79 passed away August 25 2019, born in Madison WV, moved to Apollo Beach in 2018. He joined the Army in December of 1959 and served for six years. He went to work for Dominion Virginia power and retired after twenty eight years. He was a very hard working man, very giving always willing to help everybody at any time. He will be greatly missed. He is survived by is wife Monique of fifty five years, daughter Marilyn Shelton (Keith) and two grandchildren, Amber Shank and Matthew Shelton Sr., and four great grandchildren, Riley and Charlie Shank, Matthew Charles Shelton Jr., and Kristopher A. Shelton. He is survived by two brothers, John L. Wilson and Wootson (Tony) Wilson two sisters, Sissy Holt and Sherry Eaton, seven nephews, David Elkins, David Wilson, Tony Wilson II, Adam Wilson, Robert G. Wilson Jr., Robert Wilson, Michael Wilson, and John (J.B.) Wilson, five nieces Suzanne Elkins, Tonya Bryant, Tessa Ferguson, Tonya Correa, Chantal Wilson. Funeral Services will take place on September 12, 2019 Sun City Funeral Home 1851 Rickenbacker Drive, Sun City Center, Florida 33573 Service at 10:30 am.
