Decaire, Thomas James 74, of St. Petersburg, died Sunday, October 26, 2014, at Suncoast Hospice Care Center Mid Pinellas. Born in Cleveland, Ohio, he came here in 1958 from Ashtabula, Ohio. Tom was a retired Navy veteran who served as a photographer and later worked as an engraver with Southern Engraving. He was preceded in death by parents Alfred and Margaret (Perkins) Decaire. He is survived by his beloved spouse, Janice Decaire; sons, Thomas J. Decaire Jr. (Catalina) of Lutz, FL, John B. Mull (Donna) of Newton, NC and a daughter, Victoria Thelan (Larry) of Belleville, WI; grandchildren, Alex and Jared Mull and Luke, Gwendolyn and Julia Thelan; brothers, Alfred Decaire (Betty) of Mulvane, KS and Lawrence Decaire (Bobbi) of Clearwater, FL and sisters, Darlene T. Poulin of St. Petersburg, FL and M. Joanne Decaire (Karen Estes) of Pinellas Park, FL. There will be a Memorial Service 11 AM on Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at Our Savior Lutheran Church, 5843 4th Ave S, St Petersburg, FL with interment at 2:15 PM at Bay Pines National Cemetery.
