August 29th, 1924 - October 26th, 2014
Kemberling, Elizabeth "Betty" nee Tromnow 90, of St. Petersburg, formally of Brookfield, WI passed away Sunday, October 26, 2014. Born in Milwaukee, WI, she attended the University of WI-Madison. During her life she worked as a secretary for a legal office, a school principal, and at city hall in Milwaukee. Betty helped her husband, Skip start Kemco Systems Inc, and remained active as the Secretary/Treasurer for 30 years. Betty was a member of the Suncoast Bonsai Society. Betty enjoyed extensive traveling, gardening, playing bridge, the companionship of animals. Betty never met a stranger, she had a kind heart, was caring, compassionate, with a gentle spirit and an admirable inner strength. Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Lee "Skip", Son; Richard, and 3 siblings. Betty is survived by three daughters; Sue Kemberling and son-in-law David Heideman, Dr Patricia Kemberling and son-in-law Craig Riggs and Barbara Kemberling. Grandchildren: Alexander and Amanda. Niece; Lynda Campbell and other extended family and friends. Her family is grateful for her compassionate and dedicated caregivers Lori, Vernon and Liz.
