Smith, Sara Victoria ?Vicki,? 50, of Tierra Verde, died Thursday July 25, 2002 at home. Born in Hartford, CT, she came here in 1973 from Glastonbury, CT. She was a Corporate Officer with St. Pete Paving Company for fifteen years. She was a member of St. Bartholomew?s Episcopal Church, the church choir, and also taught a Sunday School class. She was a volunteer at Maximo Elementary, Gulf Beaches Elementary and All Children?s Hospital. Survivors include her husband of thirty years, Gary Alan; a daughter, Deanna Michelle Smith and a son, Alan William Smith, both of Tierra Verde; her mother and father, William C., Sr. and Anna Jo Waterman, of Balsam, NC; a brother, William C. Waterman, Jr., Groveland, FL; two sisters: Linda Ann Anderson, St. Petersburg; and Karen Frances Lemire, Albion, IN; her father and mother-in-law, Arthur W. and Blanche H. Smith, of Lady Lake, FL. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make contributions in her name to the Hospice of the Florida Suncoast, 300 East Bay Dr., Largo, FL 33770 or to the American Cancer Society, 4801-86th Avenue North, Pinellas Park, FL 33782.
