Beahn, Julius P., 67, of St. Petersburg, died Sunday Sept. 22, 2002 at his residence. He came here in 1975 from his native Miami, FL. He served as a private in the U. S. Army during the Korean War and received the National Defense, the Korean, and the UN Service medals. He was a retired Supervisor with Derby Lane in St. Petersburg and was a member of the American Legion Post #14 and the VFW #6827. He was protestant. Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Ann; two sons: Phillip Beahn, Plant City, FL; and Rick Urbahn, St. Petersburg; three sisters: Jeri DeVault, St. Petersburg; Gloria Block, Treasure Island, FL; and Myrna Easom, Homestead, FL; four brothers: James, John and Raymond Beahn all of St. Petersburg; and Robert Beahn, Orange County, CA; and two grandchildren. Anderson-McQueen Funeral Homes & Cremation Tribute Center-Ninth Street Chapel.
