Lucier, Joel Paul ?Joey?, 43, of St. Petersburg, died Tuesday January 21, 2003 at home. A native of St. Petersburg he worked as a steel worker with Coastal Steel Construction Co., Inc. of St. Petersburg. He is survived by his parents, Armand and Dorothy Lucier, St. Petersburg; a son, Alex Lucier, St. Petersburg; two daughters, Carrie and Sara Lucier, St. Petersburg; a brother, Mark Lucier, St. Petersburg and four grandchildren.
