Richard T. Duffy

Duffy, Richard, 76, of St. Petersburg, died Tuesday, November 16, 2004 at Hospice House Woodside. He came here in 1958 from his native Battle Creek, Michigan. He was an Army veteran serving during the Korean conflict. He graduated from the University of Michigan. He was a pharmacist and owned Spaulding?s Drug Store until he retired in 1989. He did volunteer work at Bay Pines Veteran?s Hospital and the Veteran?s Hospital in Battle Creek. He was a member of St. Luke?s United Methodist Church and enjoyed golfing, reading and crossword puzzles. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Patricia; a son, Allen Duffy of St. Petersburg; two daughters, Caron Carlson of Oldsmar and Lisa Duffy of Palm Harbor and a granddaughter, Sheila Carlson.
