Quimby, Myron J., 83, of St. Petersburg, died Saturday September 3, 2005 at Bayfront Medical Center. He was born in San Antonio, TX and moved here in 1959 from Atlanta, GA. He was an Army veteran having served in WWII and the Korean War. He was author of The Devil?s Emissaries and Scratch Ankle, U.S.A. He is survived by his two daughters: Pamela Jordan of Chester, VA and Martha Reed of Waynesboro, VA; a son: Michael Cushnie of Richmond, VA; 3 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
