Reitz, Richard P., 59, of St. Petersburg, died Wednesday May 10, 2006 in Somerset, Pennsylvania. Born in St. Louis, MO, he came here in 1998 from Houston, TX. He was a distinguished Naval Graduate and a Navy Aircraft Carrier Pilot serving as a Lt. Commander. He was a Braniff Commercial Airlines Pilot. He was Vice President of Marketing for Basic American Foods in San Francisco, CA and Vice President of Travel and Transportation for EDS in Dallas, TX. He was a Board Member of Express Jet and was Co-Founder of Inside Out-Culture to Customer. Survivors include his wife of 24 years, Bonnie S.; his mother, Pat Meyer, St. Charles, MO; two brothers: Bill and Paul Huffman, both of St. Charles, MO; a sister, Debbie Reitz, Montgomery City, MO; his step-father, Joe Huffman and his step-mother, Neva Grober, both of St. Charles, MO.
