Foreman, Frederic Dean ?Eric?, infant son of Corinne H. and Christopher D. Foreman of Clearwater, died Saturday, July 22, 2006 at All Children?s Hospital. He is also survived by a sister, Hannah E. Foreman and his twin brother, Kyle R. Foreman, both of Clearwater; maternal grandparents, Cindy and Frederic Cain, Largo and paternal grandparents, Marcy and Larry Foreman, St. Petersburg.
