Burd, Elva E., 81, of Largo and formerly of St. Petersburg, died Monday, January 15th, 2007 at Harbour Wood Nursing Center in Clearwater. She came here in 1955 from her native Philadelphia, PA. and she was a beautician and a homemaker. She was of the Christian faith. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Walter B. Burd; 1 daughter, Elsie Critchlow of Seminole; 1 son, Richard of Clearwater; 2 sisters, Betty Buzby of Bakersfield, CA and Ruth Veasey of Franklin, KY; 1 grandson, Richard Critchlow of Clearwater; 1 granddaughter, Brandy Campbell of Largo; and 2 great grandchildren. Anderson-McQueen Funeral & Cremation Centers-Tyrone Chapel.
