Graham, Ruby McPherson, 84, of St. Petersburg died Thursday March 15, 2007 at the Masonic Home of Florida. She was born in Murfreesboro, TN and moved here in 1947 from Nashville, TN. She was a member of First Baptist Church of St. Petersburg for over 50 years, where she was Past President of the Women?s Missionary Union, taught Sunday School, and served on the church finance committee. She retired after 15 years from the Juvenile Welfare Board of Pinellas County. She was Past President and Treasurer of the Garden Club of St. Petersburg, served on the City Beautiful Committee, and was also an active member of the Lakewood Garden Circle. She is survived by her two sons: Donald B. McPherson and H. Roy Adams, both of St. Petersburg; her step-daughter: Joyce A. Graham, Naples, FL; her sister: Peggy West, Gallatin, TN; her brother: David Bruce, Nashville, TN; 2 grandsons: Bruce McPherson and Scott McPherson, both of St. Petersburg.
