October 17th, 1918 - August 11th, 2007
Othen, Frances W. ?Fran?, 88, of St. Petersburg, died Aug. 11, 2007 at Palms of Pasadena Hospital. She was born in Brooklyn, NY and came here in 1950 from Flushing, NY. She was a charter member of The Cathedral of St. Jude, the Apostle. For many years she was active in the Sunshine Bowling leagues and the St. Petersburg Garden Club. She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, George. She is survived by three daughters, Carol France and Virginia Mosher both of St. Pete Beach, and Diane Sault of St. Petersburg; one son, George Othen, Jr. of St. Petersburg; one sister, Millicent Roland of Seminole; 13 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Wednesday at Anderson-McQueen Funeral Home ? Tyrone Chapel, 7820 38th Ave. No. where a Wake Service will be held at 7 PM. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1:00 PM Thursday at The Cathedral of St. Jude, The Apostle. Entombment will follow at Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
