Robert C. Alspach, 87, of St. Petersburg, FL died Wednesday, October 27, 2004 at his residence. He was born in Lancaster, Ohio to Dale Alspach and Gayle Carnes Alspach. He served in the Merchant Marines during WW II. He was a general manager at Armour Meat Company and then was president of Alloway Brothers Food Distribution Company in Nashville, TN. He moved to St. Petersburg in 1976 from Union City, IN. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Olive M.; one son, Steve of Atlanta, GA; one brother, Denver of Murfreesboro, TN; and one grandson, Christopher Alspach of Houston, TX.
